We've just wrapped up our second week of classes, completing our journey through the Major Arcana. Next up, we're diving into the Minor Arcana, starting with the Wands and Cups suits to explore the Spiritual and Emotional Dimensions. 📚Book Highlight: "The Alter Ego Effect" 🎭

During our discussions on the Major Arcana, we talked about the importance of seeing our lives reflected in the Tarot's stories. Recognizing these stories is the first step; the next is identifying the character we need to be to navigate these narratives. This brings us to "The Alter Ego Effect." Tina Huang has an insightful review that I think everyone should check out.

This book is particularly valuable for my neurodivergent folks, helping you navigate the masks you've collected over time. Unmasking is a crucial step in self-actualization, recognizing that we're more than the roles we play. However, it's common to develop negative feelings towards using masks. Remember, a mask is a tool, just like wearing an apron to pottery class or a helmet for riding a motorcycle. These activities require different mindsets, but it doesn't mean you're different people; it's about being one person with many skills. "The Alter Ego Effect" helps embrace the various aspects of ourselves and navigate personal growth as we take on new mindsets.

🔭 Astrological Musing 🌑

The astrological landscape is quickly shifting, and we're heading into Eclipse season, with a Lunar eclipse in Libra on March 25th. I like to think of eclipses as portals, offering us a chance to reflect on our deepest dreams. It's a time to aim high—what you find on the other side of the portal could be exactly what you need to achieve your goals. A useful reflection exercise is to ask yourself, "Why don't I want my dream?" Be honest, write it down, and you'll see you've listed everything you need to work on, whether it's a new mindset or a new tool. Let the eclipse bring not just your dreams but also what you need to achieve them, trusting that everything is unfolding for you.
